On behalf of an international partner, SELEKT is looking for a dedicated Project Specialist who will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and executing logistics projects across Europe.

About the position

As Project Specialist, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of projects from planning through to final invoicing. You’ll become the primary operational contact on your projects and play a key role in ensuring efficient, profitable, and well-functioning logistics solutions.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Sales, Finance, customers, carriers, and suppliers, and contribute to the development and optimization of the company’s processes. In addition, you’ll have coordinating responsibility for the company’s Supply Chain Coordinator in Germany.

Your primary tasks

• Plan and coordinate national and international logistics activities
• Ensure the efficient execution of transports and deliveries
• Prepare and maintain transport and project documentation
• Monitor project finances, costs, and profitability
• Review supplier invoices and prepare the basis for customer invoicing
• Maintain forecasts, capacity planning, and reporting
• Identify improvement opportunities and optimize logistics processes
• Handle day-to-day operational challenges and find solutions
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across borders

• Have experience from logistics, supply chain, shipping, or the transport industry
• Thrive with project coordination and a wide range of contacts
• Work in a structured way and keep a clear overview
• Have a good understanding of financials
• Are analytical and solution-oriented
• Communicate professionally with customers and partners
• Work independently and take ownership

We also expect that you:

• Are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Have strong IT skills
• Have experience with planning, coordination, and reporting
• Understand international logistics processes
