Finance assistant in a try and hire process for a client in Stilling

Are you structured and do you love numbers? Do you thrive working with bookkeeping and financial tasks and take pride in completing assignments well and on time? Are you service-minded and have a positive mindset? Then this is the job for you. If you have the ability to see things from a bird’s-eye view – identifying what needs to be done – we are with you all the way.

Your tasks will include:

  • Accounts payable and creditor management

  • Bookkeeping of travel expenses and out-of-pocket expenses

  • Various reconciliations, including bank reconciliation

  • Invoicing and credit management for customers

  • VAT (Moms)

  • Fixed asset register

  • Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts

  • Backup for accounts receivable management

  • Ad hoc tasks within the department

We highly value that our future colleague is:

  • Educated within accounting/finance and has several years of experience as a finance assistant

  • In possession of good business understanding and a high degree of attention to detail

  • A team player who manages to build relationships and trust with colleagues and customers

  • Comfortable with digital solutions and views technology as a natural tool for optimizing work processes

  • An experienced user of ERP systems – Navision 365 Business Central

  • Fluent in Danish

Working hours By agreement
