You always decide whether to proceed with a match.

Start-up and onboarding

Once you've said yes, we help ensure a good start. We make sure you know when you're starting, who your contact person is, and what the first few weeks look like. You'll get a clear plan so you can get started without unnecessary hassle. If there are practical matters that need to be sorted out, we help clarify them. The goal is for you to quickly feel comfortable and deliver results.

Ongoing contact and follow-up

SELEKT follows up with you along the way. We check in when you've started, and again once you're settled into your tasks.
